Yes your eyes have not deceived you yet, the next Pikmin game in the franchise has been announced you may now cry manly tears of joy at this news. During a developer roundtable at E3 2008, Nintendo creative mastermind Shigeru Miyamoto has confirmed for the first time that Nintendo is indeed bringing back the popular franchise. Details are pretty sparse about the game right now but Miyamoto did casually mention “We’re making Pikmin ” during the roundtable presentation. He hinted earlier that a new Pikmin could be on its way when asked about the popular franchise. Somebody needs to get Miyamoto a cape, because he’s my new hero. LOL!
