In this months issue of the Official Nintendo Magazine they had a small article which stated, that Fatal Frame IV will be coming to the PAL territories next year. According to the magazine, Nintendo will be the official publisher in Europe, while there has been no publisher specified for the NTC regions yet. There is no official release date specified yet, but a little birdie told me it would be sometime next year around February.
