Saya is a vampire, who is part of covert government agency that hunts and destroys Vampires and Demons in a post World War 2 Japan. She is on a undercover mission attending a private military school to discover which one of the schools pupils is a demon in disguise.
As I reported earlier last year they are currently working on a Blood The Last Vampire Live action movie. Korean actress Jun Ji-Hyun stars as Saya, a non-human girl who hunts teropterids or vampire-like demons for a living, in this adaptation of Production I.G’s animated film. You can also view some of the images that were taken on set during the production of the movie here. I cant wait to see this movie, it is shaping up to be a great anime to live action movie unlike the upcoming Dragonball movie. The movie scheduled for release in early March, you can watch the newly released trailer below.

I knew this was coming out but I hadn’t seen that they finally released a trailer for it. It looks awesome!
Unfortunately, it’s been increasingly hard to find excellent japanese movies with good subs. For example, 20th Century Boys virtually doesn’t exist online. :(
